What is the minimum duration for which I can be hired?

There are various models that Noivado can provide for your HR support. This can be on a retainer basis where phone calls are responded to within a pre-agreed SLA or project-based HR for more extensive projects on a pay-as-you-go service. HR Projects could include, for example, building your business a world-class onboarding programme or analysing your employees’ engagement levels and culture with a report at the end outlining actions that your business could take to improve in these areas.
