Experience
With twenty years of senior HR experience across various businesses, I offer a wealth of mentorship expertise. My journey began within HR departments that I managed, but it soon spread to operational teams, helping with personal and professional growth while developing a culture of continuous improvement.
Accreditation
As a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), I hold a Level 7 qualification in CIPD, demonstrating my experience in Human Resources. In addition, I have achieved an ILM Level 7 certification in both Leadership and Management and Executive Coaching and Mentoring. These accreditations ensure and give you the reassurance that you are working with a fully qualified mentor who will bring their knowledge and experience to the programme.
Proven success
Throughout my career, I have had the joy of creating HR teams from diverse backgrounds, developing growth, and enabling individuals, even those new to HR, to progress to the senior positions they hold today. This is such a rewarding experience, and it remains one of the key reasons Noivado exists today – to help and support people to become engaged in their career journeys.
